1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Tallatek platform (operated by Elaaf Electronic Services, Kingdom of Bahrain) you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any clause, please stop using the platform.

2. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the confidentiality of your password. Account holders must be 18 or older, or have guardian consent.

3. Purchases and Payments

Prices are in Bahraini Dinar. Payments are processed via TAP (BenefitPay, KNET, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay) or Cash on Delivery where available. An order is confirmed after successful payment or COD confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain is via our appointed courier. Times and fees are detailed in the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 7 days per the Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform content (logos, copy, designs) belongs to Tallatek or the respective vendors. It may not be copied or reused without written permission. Vendors retain ownership of their content and grant Tallatek a licence to display it.

7. Vendor Obligations

Vendors commit to accurate product descriptions, quality workmanship, preparing orders within 24 working hours, and honouring their published return policies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Using the platform for unlawful activity, impersonation, offensive content, or review manipulation is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tallatek acts as an intermediary between vendors and buyers. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned; we are not liable for indirect damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Bahraini courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms with prior notice via the platform or email.
