Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping at Tallatek. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving it.

Return conditions

• Item must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging
• Order number and reason for return must be provided
• Some items are not returnable (this will be marked on the product page):
  • Made-to-Order pieces
  • Underwear
  • Bespoke tailored abayas
  • Final Sale items

How to return your order

1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to “My Orders” and select the order
3. Click “Request Return” and specify the items and reason
4. We’ll send you instructions and coordinate with the vendor for pickup
5. After the item is inspected, refund is processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method

Return fees

• Free if the fault is on the vendor (defective item, wrong size, different product)
• BHD 1.500 if the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, didn’t like the color)

Exchanges: You can exchange for a different size or color if available — under the same return conditions.

Defective items: If you receive a defective piece, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will cover all return and replacement costs.
