Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Within Bahrain
We partner with Parcel to deliver your orders to your doorstep across Bahrain.
- Standard delivery: 1–2 working days from order confirmation
- Shipping fee: calculated automatically at checkout based on vendor location and your address (typically BHD 1.500–2.500)
- Free shipping: on orders above BHD 30 from a single vendor
- Express delivery: available in some areas for an additional fee
How shipping works
- Once your order is confirmed, the vendor is notified immediately
- The vendor prepares your order within 24 working hours
- Parcel collects your order from the vendor and delivers it to you
- You receive a tracking number via email and SMS
- You can track your order from the “My Orders” page in your account
If your order is from multiple vendors: each vendor ships separately, and shipments may arrive at different times. Shipping fees are calculated per vendor.
Cash on Delivery: available across Bahrain with a 500 fils service fee.
Coverage: All Bahrain governorates — Capital, Muharraq, Northern, Southern. Amwaj Islands included without extra fees.
International Shipping: Not available in Phase 1. We plan to expand to GCC countries soon.
