How do I place an order on Tallatek?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, then complete checkout with your preferred payment method.
What payment methods are accepted?
BenefitPay, KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
1–2 working days within Bahrain.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of receipt. See our Returns Policy.
Do prices include shipping?
No, shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over BHD 30 from a single vendor ship free.
Can I order a custom size?
Some vendors offer made-to-measure. Look for “Made to Order” on the product page.
How do I track my order?
From “My Orders” in your account, you’ll find the Parcel tracking link.
For Vendors
How do I become a vendor on Tallatek?
Fill out the application form and we’ll review within 3–5 working days.
What is the commission rate?
15% of each order value (excluding shipping).
When do I get paid?
Payouts are weekly, minimum BHD 20.
Do I need a Commercial Registration?
Preferred but not required. We accept individual designers.
Who pays for shipping?
The customer pays for shipping, but you hand off the order to Parcel from your location.

Is Tallatek available as an app?
Coming soon — app launches Q1 2027.
Do you ship outside Bahrain?
Not in Phase 1. GCC expansion is planned soon.
